I got the job at the library. I start on Tuesday.

Hmm.. ACT thing sucked. Was long and boring. I got a 23 on my practice, which I suppose isn't that bad. Came home, ate, and went straight to Becky's to work on a stupid english project. Came home, showered, and did homework until 12:30. It sucked. Woke up at 5:30ish and yeah.

Failed my physics test, I'm sure.

Buuuuuuuuut.... the library called me yesterday. They want to consider hiring me! I'm going in for an interview tomorrow. Hopefully I get the job. That'd be, um, pretty sweet.

This week is too long. I want it to be the weekend.

Oh! I asked my parents about the Regina Spektor concert in May. I have a 99% chance of going. I'm excited. Mom said that if the theatre it's at is in a better area than Park West is, then it's a "yes."

So today was pretty fun.

Picked up Jade, got Ray and everyone, and went to the theater. Weren't able to see The Number 23 because not all of us are 17 and the stupid lady was all "I have to check ID and blah blah blah." So we saw Ghost Rider instead. It was okay.

Then went back to Ray's. Make bagel bites and a cookie (Haha.)

Kasey said something about how Michael has a blanket in the back of his car, and Trizi said, "He always has a blanket in the back of his car. It's like a safety blanket."

Kasey: "Oh, for like the car is on fire?"

Haha. Oh boy. We were laughing pretty hard. I love my Kaseyface.

Ray and Trizi play Stratego and Jade and I watched, mostly confused in the beginning. Trizi said Ray smells like penis hair and babies smell like throw up.

Then we went and watched some of Saved! and stuff. Trizi mentioned something about peeing giving her a happy feeling. Haha.

Parents came and picked us up so I wouldn't have to drive in the crap snow. Mhm.

Tomorrow will be spent doing homework. Gross.

Whoo, so last night was pretty fun.

Got home, walked the dog, and then left to hang out with Alyssa. We went to Borders (of course). I got two books, and so I'm really happy. I got the second book of the Midnighters trilogy (finally), and I was going to just buy the third one too, but then Alyssa reminded me about this book called Tithe she read that was really good, so I got that instead. I wanted to get all three, but I didn't want to spend all of my money. Haha. So once I got home I started reading Tithe, which is really good so far.

Then once Jeremey got done bowling with Jimmy, he came and picked me up and we went to rent Man of the Year. It was a pretty good movie. We wanted The Prestige because I liked that movie and he hasn't seen it yet, but it was all checked out. Oh well.

And now today I have piano in a little over an hour, and then possibly Ray's. The Number 23 tonight!! WHoo hoo! I'm excited. Jade better go. (GO JADE, GO!)

Friday- my house with Jeremey and Kasey. Ray didn't join because I found out he was hanging out with Jade. I had a feeling that when Kasey told me Ray said he was hanging out "with some girl" that it was Jade. Kasey told me I was wrong, but I guess not.. haha. I don't know why Ray refused to tell us who he was hanging out with. I personally wouldn't have had a problem with the fact that he was with Jade.

Saturday, much happened. Don't feel like writing about it really.

Today... I did homework. And it sucked. It took me 3 hours to read/annotate 57 pages of a 107 page book. A book that would take me only about an hour to read without annotations and junk. Bah. And I'm still not done.

Then went to Ray's. Was pretty fun. I was a bit "blah" though. But yeah. Jade was there, which was interesting. A bit awkward, but why wouldn't it be? We haven't talked or hung out in such a long time. Looking back I probably should've talked to her more... and I really wish I did. I probably shouldn't have stayed all quiet when the guys all went upstairs...

But after a while it got a bit less awkward. I believe we amused her greatly with our making fun of Kasey-ness.

"Hey Ray, what do you want in your root beer float?"

"No.. I don't wanna be a queen today!"
"Kasey, you're a queen everyday."

-giggle-  But yeah, next time I'll be sure to actually talk more and try to make it less awkward. That is if we haven't scared her off today. Which I hope we didn't. Hopefully we'll be able to patch things up. That is, if she wants to. I know that I was a big dumbface the past few months and said some pretty stupid things so she possibly hates or hated me. But yeah, we shall see.

Tomorrow will sorta suck. More homework will be done basically the whole day.

Ahh! So Fran got into an accident tonight. She says her car is fucked. She hit a tow truck, according to Kasey. But at least she's alright. This sucks, though. Everyone I know has gotten into an accident in the last two-to-three months. I'll be next... or Jeremey. Bah.

Anyway, on a much lighter note...

I applied for a job at the library. Fran told me she'll put in a good word for me. Hopefully they hire me. That'd be pretty sweet. I need a job.

So this weekend will be pretty awesome (I hope).

Tomorrow piano at 11:30, and then cleaning the house. Then after 4 people will be coming. Right now it looks like it'll be just Jeremey and Kasey coming over. Possibly Kayla. Fran will be visiting Lola (maybe, I'm not sure if she is now given the circumstances of things), and Ray made previous plans with other people. But that's all right. We'll think of something.

Saturday I'm hopfully hanging out a bit with Alyssa. I haven't hung out with her in forever. We're going to go to Borders as usual, and we're getting out HP stickers... haha. Then hopefully I'm doing something with everyone else later.

Sunday, psh who knows. I'll probably do most of my homework that day so that Monday will be free. Yup.

Parents have been arguing a bit more recently, ever since my grandma left. I'm going to try and spend as little time as possible at home this weekend.

Saint Valentine was a Roman priest who married young couples against the wishes of Emperor Claudius II. On February 14 he was beheaded for his deeds. Such a wonderful tale for the day we celebrate love.

So yes, Valentine's Day is pretty dumb, even if you have a "significant other." Ha. Today people were making out in the halls more so than usual. It was disgusting. I wanted to yell out to them to get a room. I don't know why I didn't.

Snow day was pretty grand. Got to spend a few hours with Jeremey. 'Twas relaxing. Monday was very tiring. Staying at school until 6:45 taking an ACT (!!) for practice is not my cup of tea. Tomorrow is a half day, which is good. Then I get to clean the rest of the day because I'm having people over on Friday. In English we were given Of Mice and Men to read and annotate over the weekend. I'll do that on Sunday and/or Monday. Should be easy.

This weekend is going to rock. Yup. I can't wait. Except that means this upcoming week will suck major. But I won't think about that right now.

Dad brought me and my mom chocolate. So I am now currently spoiling my dinner. Hah. It's fun. Yay for chocolate.

I keep getting letters in the mail from colleges. I should really start thinking of where I want to go and what I want to do. I've already got five letters... and more will be coming. Especially after the ACT. Oh joy.

Happy "Death of St. Valentine" Day.

So this weekend turned out to be better than I expected. Friday I was allowed to do something, because my mom and grandma were at the store the most of the time so I called my mom and she said I could leave instead of just sit at home bored.

Saturday I had my lesson, and then I was bored for the majority of the day. Mom was noticing how bored and upset I looked, so she decided to change her mind about me not being able to do anything the whole day. She told me that I just had to spend time with my grandma and eat dinner at home, and afterwards I was allowed to leave. She understood that I'd be bored just sitting with them the rest of the night, but she said I had to be home at 10 (It was going to be 9.. then changed to 9:30, until I managed to get it to be 10:00). So once Jimmy and Jeremey were done bowling they went to his house, but I couldn't join them immediately after dinner  because Jeremey had to drive Jimmy home. Jimmy had a doctor's appointment but could probably do something afterwards, and everyone else was at Woodfield. So it was just me and Jeremey. So I'm "sorry" that I was somehow able to "just hang out with Jeremey." It's not my fault everyone else was about an hour away. And by the time everyone came back from Woodfield, I only had an hour before I had to go home. So Jeremey and I decided to just stay at his house because it'd be pointless to drive out there, stay for only about 20 minutes, and then drive all the way back so that I could be home in time. Gosh, how terrible of us.

Today I had my recital which went fairly well. I'm one of the only advanced students my piano teacher has, and the rest are little kiddies, so she really wanted me to play in it. I only made one tiny mistake which was only noticable to me and my piano teacher, so that was good. Afterwards a lot of the parents came by and told me I did a great job and that they just loved my Chopin prelude. It made me happy. I love that... performing for people in concerts (The Grands) and recitals. Even though I get really nervous. in the end it gives a person a great feeling of accomplishment. The rest of today I did my homework and now I'm just reading fics. I probably should annotate more of Huck Finn, but I really don't want to.

Tomorrow is the first ACT prep class. Whoo. (-gags-)

No plans for Wednesday, because Valentine's Day is the dumbest holiday ever and I have a lesson to teach. Thursday early release. Friday no school, so I'm going to have my piano lesson in the morning so that I'm free the rest of the day. Mom wants everyone to come over on Friday. So yeah. My house is boring, but it'll be something different, right? So um, yeah. I guess it's my house on Friday. Unless people don't want to...

Ozzfest 2007 is free, I found out from Ray. Told my parents about it and I'm going, which is going to be great. I'm excited. I look forward to finding out who's performing.

Ray's party was really fun. At first I wasn't going to be able to see the movie, but everything worked out in the end. Movie was lame, but the little boy (BENNY!) was adorable. Best part of the movie by far. Afterwards went to Ray's for some food and good times. Met Ray's dad... Squirt peed a lot.. haha. Then everyone besides Jeremey, Marcus, Katrina, and myself decided to um.. get drunk. They were crazy, not gonna lie. Kasey was humping Trizi and vice versa, Ray was hitting on basically everyone, and Fran asked me if I'd ever consider a threesome. It was funny.

Then Saturday was The American Grands XII. Which went pretty well, except for the fact that the girl who was on the same piano with me never showed up. Yup. Just never came. So I played with two of othe people who are in charge of the whole thing (minus the conductor, because well.. he was conducting, duh.) Afterwards went to Biaggi's for dinner and home. I sat at home for a bit making plans for the rest of the night. Ended up going to Friday's with Fran, Ray, and Jeremey even though I was still full from Biaggi's. I got chicken fingers and fries... haha. Then we went to Ray's, and Kasey was supposed to come but got into an accident on the way there so he couldn't. Started watching The Rocky Horror Picture Show and after a bit Edwin, Trizi, and this girl Lena came over. Watched most of the movie until it was time to leave, with only like 15 minutes left. That kinda sucked. Oh well, I'll finish it next time.

And today didn't do much. Did homework and sort of studied for my physics test tomorrow. Read a bit. Then drove my parents to their friend's house for the game. They decided they wanted me to drive so that they could drink and not worry about driving. I find that ironc, since that's never stopped them before.. oh well. Once I dropped them off I went to Target because I needed new headphones. Driving was great because the streets and parking lot were basically empty, give or take a few cars here and there. Came home, and then went to Jeremey's for a few hours until I needed to go pick up my parents. Driving this time wasn't fun at all because there were so many cars! Had the Bears won, the streets would've probably been empty because people would've stayed longer to drink and celebrate. Haha. Oh well, it wasn't too bad.

Yes, so that was my weekend. It was pretty great.

School is going to suck this week, and this weekend is my grandma's last one here so I have to stay home allllll weekend. Because she leaves on Monday. So this weekend will suck a bit, and then obviously the week after that will too because of school. But then the weekend after that (so not this upcoming weekend, but the on after that) will rock  because it'll be a four day one. Whoo hoo! I don't think that made much sense. Oh well, it does to me.

Welp, I should probably go to bed, seeing as how I need to wake up early for school and have no idea how I'm going to accomplish that.

Whoo, so I have survived my first week of hard classes. Yippee.

Saw Blood and Chocolate today with Jeremey. It was fun. The movie wasn't half bad, except for the fact that it didn't stick with the book at all. All they did was keep the names and the whole werewolf thing. So I was mad about that stuff. I still think it was good though, but the book was ten times better.

Afterwards we went to Ray's. I went and got pie for everyone with Kasey at Baker's Square. Oh! And we got to meet Ray's friend Katrina who's really cool and I hope she hangs out with us more.

Note to self: Having pie for "dinner" is not a very good idea.
